Upcoming British wave-sailor Adam Lewis has joined the Point-7 international team and will also assist with the development of Point-7 wave sails. Adam who is located at the Official Test Centre on Tenerife, have been training at this great location to perfect his skills and is now more than just ready to show of his talent at both BWA and PWA competitions, for which he will be using the Point-7 Swell wave sail.
Adam Lewis ‘ I’m really happy to be on the Point-7 team. It’s a new brand with great ideas, great sails and motivation. I hope I can contribute to them. Working at the OTC has given me the opportunity to test all of the sails from every brand and find out not just what I want from a sail but also what you, the end user wants from a sail. I’m really excited to put what I’ve learnt into the Point-7 wave range and am very motivated to prove what they can do in future Competitions.’
Andrea Cucchi ‘Very talented and lots of style in his wave sailing, powerful and aggressive in his jumps. That was what impressed us the first time seeing him out on the water at our winter headquarters on Tenerife. Having just passed the age of 20, we are sure that he will not only be a key player to our wave development program, but that he will also bring home some really good results at competitions’. If you plan to visit the OTC centre, make sure you catch up with Adam so that he can let you try our original black wave sails.’
