Optakt til PWA World Cup i Guincho 2006

Last time we heard from you you were heading to Maui. Did it turn out to be every thing you dreamed it would be?
Yes, I spend three months there. It is a really quiet and nice place, where you can improve a lot and fast.
For first time in my life I was feeling free, was so good to sailing together with the whales and turtles.
Also I have a lot of respect with locals.
You feel better prepared for this season. Has it improved your wave-surfing?
I am feeling more surely, I think I should have to improve my starboard tack sailing but I feel more motivated.
I learned a lot of good stuff at Hookipa. I broke too much gear too, but I am not complaining.
What are you expectations for the upcoming event in Guincho?
I hope to do a good result like everybody looking for, but on the other hand I feel nervous because it is my first event with starboard tack wind.
I am looking forward to do good at Guincho.
